Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your online purchase simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) once the items have been received and authorised for a refund. We have the right to refuse any refund if the items are not received back in their original condition. We may be able to offer a replacement if you purely require a different colour but we cannot guarantee our stock levels at any specific time. We will however do our best to fulfil your requirements. If you require a different item you will need to place a new order via our website.

Please note: The item/items are your responsibility until they reach us. We would recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item/items to us is your responsibility.

A refund will be processed within 10 days of our receipt and we can only refund to the card/account that the original payment was made from.

We only accept returned items purchased online by post and we cannot accept any returned items purchased from our shop in Falmouth by this method. You will need to return these to the premises and our shop returns policy will apply. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any items returned to us that were not purchased from our website. Similarly we cannot accept returned items purchased from our website in our Falmouth shop.

Faulty Items
Should you receive any faulty items purchased through our website, please email us quoting your order number, your name and address, the product details and the reason for return. We will then guide you through how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
At this stage please let us know whether you require a refund or a replacement. We cannot always guarantee a replacement as our stock levels change on a daily basis but we will do our best to replace where possible.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
